SEMI SILENT OPEN AWARENESS RETREAT

At La Casa de Loto, there's nowhere to go and nothing to do. Each day follows the same gentle rhythm, and you join as much or as little as you like — meditate, move, breathe, hike the hills, read in a quiet corner, or sit with the view and watch the clouds cross the valley.
A few shared practices anchor the day: yoga and breathwork in the morning, a silent sitting with your own mind at midday, and a guided meditation as evening falls. The rest of the time is yours. Our teachers are here when you want guidance, and happy to leave you to rest when you don't.
We keep a semi-silent rhythm — noble silence each morning until 2pm, softening into easy conversation through the afternoon and around the evening fire, where the lights of the town glitter below.
Come for a few days or weeks, arriving and leaving whenever suits you. It's not a program to complete — just time to slow down, quiet the noise, practice, and leave feeling genuinely rested and renewed.
"When the mind is bound, it runs; let it go, and it rests." — Saraha, Indian Mahasiddha
