Vipassana & Yoga Retreat: A Path to Deep Insight

Embark on a profound exploration of the meditative path through this immersive retreat, centered on vipassana (insight) and shamatha (calm abiding) meditation. This transformative experience is supported by daily Q&A sessions, dedicated silent sitting periods, pranayama, and grounding Hatha yoga to relax and strengthen both body and mind.

Unlike approaches that aim to change or perfect who you are, vipassana invites you to make your experience of life more real — more grounded, clear, and awake. It’s not about becoming someone new, but about coming home to your true nature, which we like to call 'becoming real.'

Noble silence is observed throughout the retreat, with exceptions during classes and designated free time from 2 pm to 5 pm. For those who wish to maintain complete silence for the entire week, this option is also available.

Guided by Pema, founder of Senda Loto, along with our experienced mindfulness and yoga teachers, this retreat offers a rare opportunity for deep inner growth and spiritual awakening through authentic teachings of Tibetan Buddhism.
